• What does the ERP702 Starters Kit come with?
  

Our StartersKit comes complete with all the supplies you will need to begin printing. In addition to the Ribbon Printer, we include one roll of ribbon and film, power supply, parallel cable, software, fonts and images, and our Quick Start Guide and instructional videos. The ERP702 ribbon printer also comes with free lifetime technical and user support.

• Do you supply fonts & images?
  

Yes. In addition to the fonts available on your computer, our ERP702 Software comes enabled with a variety of specialty fonts and images that you can use to create beautiful and professional looking ribbons.

• Can I use my own fonts, images & logos?
  

Yes. The ERP702 Software will automatically access and allow you to use all the fonts available in your Windows Fonts Folder. In addition, you may also import your images and logos directly into the software.

• Is your software easy to navigate?
  

Yes. The software is designed to allow you to create and print ribbons quickly and easily. You can also create an unlimited number of ribbon templates for quick recall and printing. Our Quick Start Guide and instructional videos will walk you through the software program step-by-step.

• Can I print in any language?
  

Yes. Our versatile Ribbon Printer allows you to print in any language, given that your computer already has the necessary language fonts resident in your fonts folder. We will shortly be launching the Elite Pen Pad as well, which will allow you to easily print in the following Asian languages – Chinese (simple and traditional), Korean, and Japanese.

• Do you ship all over the world?

Yes. We have customers all over the world and we can ship your order to wherever you are, quickly and affordably.

• What kind of customer support comes with the ERP702?
  

Our Starter Kits come with our easy to follow Quick Start Guide and instructional videos that walk you step-by-step on how to install and use your ERP702. Our Elite Service Team is also available to provide you with free lifetime technical and user support. Your satisfaction is our priority.

• What if my ERP702 requires servicing?
  

All our products are serviced in Ventura, California or Toronto, Ontario. Simply contact an Elite Service Rep, and we will take care of the rest.

• Does the ERP702 require regular maintenance?
  

No. Because we manufacture our Ribbon Printer with an all-metal print mechanism it results in a more durable and reliable printer that requires minimal maintenance. We do however recommend cleaning the print head after each roll of film, as debris will build up with use. Using a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol, simply wipe the print head. • Does the ERP702 Ribbon Printer come with a guarantee or warranty?
  

Yes. We have made purchasing our ERP702 Ribbon Printer entirely risk free. Not only does it come with our Elite 60 day money back guarantee, we also include a two year warranty on the printer, and a six month warranty on the print head.

• Is extended warranty coverage available on the ERP702?
  

Yes there is. You may purchase extended warranty coverage at the time of purchase.

• Do you offer free ribbon samples?

• Is it easy to load ribbons & film?
  

Yes. Our print head is engineered to easily flip open, allowing for quick and easy access to the ribbon path. This will allow you to easily load and unload ribbons and film. For further instructions see video titled – Loading Your Ribbons.

• Is there a lot of film wasted when printing ribbons?
  

No. Our Left Margin Alignment Technology greatly reduces the amount of film wasted, thereby allowing you to print more ribbons, and at lower cost per ribbon. With one roll of our matte gold film, you can print up to 486 12 inch ribbons.

• How much will it cost me to print one ribbon?
  

Our affordably priced supplies along with our Left Margin Alignment technology, makes printing your own ribbons very affordable. Your cost to print a 24 inch ribbon using our number 40 ribbon (2¾ inches wide) and matte gold film will cost less than $0.40 cents! Compare that cost to the alternatives and you will find a significant cost savings.

• Do I have to buy your ribbons?
  

No you do not. We do however believe in maximizing your investment, and our Elite Ribbons will ensure your customers receive a high quality printed ribbon every time. Our ribbons will also preserve and lengthen the life of your print head. We cannot guarantee the quality of Non-Elite Ribbons.

• What size, style & color ribbons do you sell?
  

We carry a variety of sizes, styles, and colors. Our ribbons are available in two sizes from a 1¼ inch (#9 ribbon) to 2¾ inches (#40 ribbon). We also offer a choice of bordered and non-bordered styles in over 25 colors.

• What color films do you sell?
  

We carry a variety of colors ranging from pastel pink and blue, to metallic gold and silver, and a simple matte gold. Each roll is four inches wide and depending on the color, range anywhere from 243 feet to 298 feet long.

• Is there a minimum order on supplies?
  

No. We do not have minimum orders on any of our supplies.

• Can I print multiple colors at once?
  

Unfortunately no, you can only print one color at a time.

• Can I print more than one ribbon at the same time?
  

If you are printing ribbons that are smaller than one inch, you can print more than one ribbon at a time. If printing on 1/4 inch ribbons, you can print up to six ribbons at once. If printing 3/8 inch ribbons, you can print up to four ribbons at once. However, if you are printing ribbons larger than one inch you can only print one ribbon at a time.

• How many ribbons can I print with one roll of film?
  

With our matte gold film and printing on a number 40 ribbon (2 ¾ inches), you can print up to 486 12 inch ribbons with only one roll of film. If printing on a 3/8 inch ribbon, you can print up to 972 twelve inch ribbons and if printing on a 1/4 inch ribbon, you can print up to 1458 twelve inch ribbons.
